DinoConnect is the companion app to the WF-20 and WF-10 WiFi adapter by Dino-Lite. Plug in a compatible Dino-Lite microscope to a wireless adapter and connect to your Android phone/pad to stream live video directly to your device.

I use a Chromebook for some business work and thought it would be perfect to use my USB digital microscope with it while on the go. Well, that's a no-go. The Chromebook sees it, but can't do anything with it. The App should be able to interface with the USB microscope as well.

Simply installed app and I cannot change any settings. None of the buttons on the app work. Using Tmobile Galaxy Note 9 and what i believe is the AM2111. This unit works perfectly in my Window 10 laptop.

Thank you for providing the details. Please review the following:
1. The AM2111 is connected to the WF-10 Wi-Fi streamer.
2. Ensure that your mobile device's Wi-Fi is turned on and connected to the WF-10 network.
3. Your AM2111 model is the R10 version.

Dino lite app does not work with the AM4111T model. I wish I knew I had to spend another $200 to get it to work on my phone. It says it's compatible with phone but does not tell you you have to purchase a wf-10 to get it to work. This is very misleading and it makes the microscope useless.
